PROS:
- Can get under all types of furniture
- Easy to use scheduling options
- Ability to operate on any type of flooring
- Great room mapping
- Cleans with a quick pace
- Cleans way more efficiently than other robot vacuums
- Laser sensor detects obstacles and avoids them
- Displays the actual error on screen so this takes away guess work if something goes wrong
- Batteries can be replaced
CONS:
- Little noisy
- Not the best performance for cleaning pet hair
- Poor battery life
- Extension cords cause problems
- Doesn’t have a remote
This Neato Robotics Xv-14 vacuum cleaner is great for homes with shallow to medium pile carpet as suction combined with the squeegee brush roll work well to pick up dirt on this surface.
It’ll work also well on hard surfaces but it can struggle a bit picking up light debris like paper.
The navigation system is one of the better ones I’ve seen in the market as it allows this to clean rooms more efficiently, even when its pitch black.
